While Living in Sydney, I noticed a trend...

Men are putting their confidence in the wrong picture of success.

From a young age, we’re told:

  • "You must work hard at school,
  • so you can get a good job,
  • so you can make lots of money,
  • and then you will finally be happy. You've made it!"

And although this perspective can work well for many years, it doesn’t hold up for long.

I started to see what was happening to the 50-to-55-year-olds who followed this path. Their bodies started falling apart and they began to lack meaning and purpose in their lives.

And some of these men started going down destructive paths - abusing alcohol or drugs, having affairs, and trying to turn things around. All with futile results.

I’m here to change the story.

I believe that if you can develop a growth mindset, build a regular exercise routine, fuel your body with the proper nutrition, and manage your stress — you'll become a better partner, husband, and father.
