Here's how the coaching works:
Movement Assessment
Before our first session, Aaron will send through exercises to test your mobility. Record yourself doing these exercises and send the recordings back to Aaron.
Your First Session
Discover your core values and what moves you forward. We also use this session to create your personalised exercise, stress management, and nutrition plan.
Follow-up Sessions
Every two weeks we reflect on your progress, plan your goals for the fortnight ahead, and talk about the obstacles getting in your way.
Any Questions?
One month in advance for term of package. At any stage if you're not happy with the level of service you may request a refund.
Turn up with an openness for change. The more depth and clarity you have around what you want to achieve the better the success.
Exercise programs are designed to achieve your goals and be sustainable. Could be something you do at home, in a park at a gym or a combination. This will be driven by what is going to fit into your lifestyle best. It may change over time depending on areas of focus. Exercise programs are also designed to support current sports or hobbies.
Nutrition coaching is personalised to meet each clients goals, beliefs and lifestyle.
